The firm is investigating claims on behalf of purchasers of JinkoSolar Holding Co., Ltd. (NYSE: JKS) during the class period of 5/13/10 thru 9/16/11. Jinkosolar's shares dropped when it was announced they were temporarily shutting down one of their two factories in China due to environmental problems. This factory has been failing environmental regulatory testing since at least April and they had a spill in August, which caused a lot of waste to be dumped into a local river and a lot of the fish died. There were protests from the local people on September 15th & 16th due to the environment issues. The Company had said in earlier SEC filings that they were in compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
