A class action lawsuit has been filed in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York on behalf of investors of Chemical and Mining Company of Chile, Inc. (“Chemical and Mining Company” or the “Company”) (SQM). The lawsuit alleges violations of federal securities laws on behalf of a class (the “Class”) comprising purchasers of Chemical and Mining Company securities traded on the New York Stock Exchange between March 4, 2014 and March 17, 2015, inclusive (the “Class Period”).
